• By using Pikfix, these policies will automatically apply to you. Pikfix is an online enhancing application for Images. For enhancing your photos you can use pikfix. 
• If the enhanced photos are legal, you can do whatever you wish with these photos. If you mention our Application when you share them, we appreciate the same, but it depends on you. 
• We don't claim any right to your photos, we don't glance and we don't share your photos. Because these photos are entirely yours. 
• During the process of Photo enhancement, If any face regions are detected in the uploaded photo we are enhanced the same differently. The only outcomes of uploaded photos are Before/After comparison shots and final enhanced photos. No face data is collected at that time. 
• Before/After shots and enhanced photos are stored on reputable companies like Google (Google storage buckets), they are as secure as it gets. If they mess it up, don't prosecute us. The Pikfix app stores and processes personal data that you have provided to us, in order to provide our Service. It's your responsibility to keep your phone and access to the app secure. 
• The above-mentioned storage is for convenience only and should not be considered permanent. Storage space for inactive users can be cleaned up. 
• Your personal information you entered using pikfix may be used to improve the user experience like as viewing the "History"/"Album", retaining purchased items from different devices. We will not share it with third parties. 
• The enhanced photos can be worse compared to the original ones for some rare cases. Based on the quality of enhanced photos don't blame us. Pikfix Team is committed to ensuring that the app is as useful and efficient as possible. 
• Pikfix is for non-commercial uses. If you wish to use pikfix for commercial purposes, kindly contact us and we will allocate to you the commercial resources. 
• For your content, you are the only responsible person. You must ensure that you have the rights required to process your content with pikfix. Also, ensure your content and the process of your content with Pikfix do not violate the rights of any person or otherwise infract any applicable laws or regulations. 
• Including as is in our opinion appropriate or as required by applicable laws and regulations, We have to reserve the right to block and remove your contents for any reason. 
• The responsibility for all the content published by you in Story is yours. Please follow our post policies and as a courtesy to all our Application users, do not post any harmful contents like violence, harassment, pornography, etc... The contents that violate the policy will be removed and the account of an offender will be disabled after the reviews by manual and machine.  
• Don't prosecute us for things we are bound by law to do. For example; if you were a spy and you took some photos of a top-secret formula for ornament designs and you enhanced them with this App and shared them online, the law enforcement showed up at our doorstep with the court orders to dig your App registration info up and forcing us to do this, we may probably do it. 
• Along the same lines, we cannot always take responsibility for the way you use the app i.e. You need to make sure that your device stays charged – if it runs out of battery and you can't turn it on to avail of the Service, cannot accept responsibility. 
• Changes to these Privacy Policy. 

            We may update our Privacy Policy from time to time. Thus, you are advised to review this page periodically for any changes.                      We will notify you of any changes by posting the new Privacy Policy on this page.
